CST300 Module 5
Part 1: Comment 1
Part 2: My first capstone project idea would be an app that allows you to easily track multiple data points regarding your vehicles such as gas mileage, total miles driven, and maintenance schedules by allowing the user to easily enter current mileage and gas purchased at every fillup. My second project idea would be an Arduino-managed dash camera system to allow a safe parking mode to work with any off-the-shelf dash camera. The final project would be a cost-effective and 3d printable product that measures the temperature of water specifically in the shower and then adjusts the shower knob to allow for a user to punch in what temperature they want.
Part 3: This week covered the idea of logical fallacies in arguments such as a slippery slope and an undistributed middle. I've had multiple English classes cover these in depth in the past and so they aren't a new topic to me. Otherwise, the main assignments this week have focused on these logical fallacies such as the discussion post that tasked us with finding an example of logical fallacies and going over it.
